Zucchini and Mushroom Camper Packets

These are simple and taste good… great for any grilling occasion. Enjoy.

Zucchini and Mushroom Camper Packets

Ingredients:
  • 2 zucchinis
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 8 ounces button mushroom, sliced
  • 6 teaspoons Worchestershire sauce
  • kosher salt
  • cracked black pepper
Directions:
  1. Slice zucchinis in half length ways, and then slice each half in length ways again, making spears. Then cut each spear into slices, approximately 1/8-inch thick.
  2. Assembly: Tear off three approximately 10-inch by 12-inch sheet of aluminum foil and lay flat on counter top. Divide zucchini, mushrooms and onions into three equal portions. Pile 1/3 of each vegetable in center of each sheet of aluminum foil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Grasp two longest edges of aluminum foil and pull up around vegetables, folding the edges with one hand, making a pocket. Sprinkle vegetables with Worchestershire sauce. Pinch edges together on each end and at top, forming loose packet around vegetables.Â
  3. Place on indirect heat on grill or bake in oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
