As parents, we strive to give our children the healthiest start possible, in every area. With foods, to add to our family sensitivities and the picky eater phases we go in and out of, we also have to take things into consideration such as chemicals from pesticides and GMOs. It is no easy task.
Buying organic foods has been something we have started doing more often, but unless you are wealthy it is not usually realistic financially to buy solely organically grown produce! What is a healthy-conscious family to do?
