Time is MONEY when you work from home as a blogger or small business owner!
When you work from home or as a small business owner and have computer issues, it is a major pain and can cost you more than just the money to resolve the problem if you have to take your computer somewhere for repair! Time is money and time lost for projects or work you need to get done is money lost. You know what I mean if you are a professional blogger, work from home in some other capacity or are a small business owner.
I have had some tech issues recently that required someone beyond my ability and knowledge to resolve. Both times, my problem was resolved relatively easily and without “extra” lost time for me of having to take my computer to a repair shop or location, and then wait until it could be fixed. My issues were resolved with my computer still in my own home. While I waited “in line” for my turn, I was able to continue working! HUGE.
So I wanted to share two resources for other bloggers and small business owners who will at some point need either or both of these types of services. You probably know how hard it can be to find excellent customer service. This is another reason I wanted to share my experiences, because with both companies, I have always experienced excellent customer service. Also HUGE in my book!

Is anyone else irked by the fact that some people have nothing better to do with their time, or better morals, than to create viruses or try to hack your accounts? I mean, really? So we had some experiences recently with these types of annoyances, which as you know can become much more than mere annoyances. They can wreak such havoc on your computer to the point of ruin, if you get those types of viruses or a hacker with such intent.
When I suspected a problem, I knew exactly who to contact, because he helped me last year with some IT issues. Not only did he resolve my problem, he did so with professionalism, friendliness, exceptional customer service and for a price less than I believe I would have paid to take my computer and leave it somewhere, thus, losing that valuable time to put into my work!
