Beef Bacon Gravy Recipe

Serves: 4-6
- ½ pound of beef bacon diced
- 1 stick of butter
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- 2 tablespoons flour
- Approximately 3 cups of whole milk
- Brown crumbled bacon slowly over medium low heat in non-stick skillet until golden brown, extracting fat.
- Add stick of butter and melt slowly. Once butter has melted add flour and stir in, absorbing as much liquid as possible.
- Slowly add milk, stirring constantly. Simmer on low to medium heat until gravy thickens. Add more milk if needed. Warm through.
- Serve over open faced buttermilk biscuits or toast of your choosing.
